Mr. Rasberry served as Raleigh’s Deputy City Attorney for over 20 years. He also served as a Board Member with the NC Municipal Attorney’s Association. Mr. Rasberry has filed and prosecuted over 500 eminent domain actions, including numerous jury trials. He is Co-Author on the NC Bar Foundation Deskbook, Vol. IV, Eminent Domain
